Schweizer Kobras acts for executors, administrators, beneficiaries, public trustees and trustee companies in relation to the proper administration of estates including the preparation of the appropriate applications for grants of probate or letters of administration.  We also assist our clients in the collection and, where appropriate, the sale, transfer or transmission of estate assets.

Schweizer Kobras advises on the interpretation and construction of wills and assists in relation to claims by individuals who have been left out of, or inadequately provided for in wills, or who have been expressly excluded from benefitting from an estate.
